Inspired

After a very long winter, characterized by no mere discontent but instead a deep despair, the past week has been a chathartic and glorious release and renewal.  I feel like I've come back from a shadowy world that was draped in layers of billowy sadness and have stepped into the sunshine!

Amazing how restorative a week spent in a wonderful place with good friends can be!  I've just returned from the Donna Downey "Inspired Workshops 2011", in Charlotte N.C.  I don't think there are enough superlatives for me to describe how incredibly wonderful this experience was!
